For companies

A wellbeing class people
actually turn up to

Most wellbeing programmes offer yoga and pilates. They suit some people and not others. A dance session tends to reach the colleagues who never sign up for anything else, and teams leave it talking to people they do not normally work with.

Why it works

Built around participation

It reaches different people

The colleagues who sign up for a running club or a 07:00 yoga class are usually already active. A dance session pulls in a different group, which is normally the harder half of the team to reach.

Nobody has to be good at it

Sessions assume no experience at all. Being a beginner together is most of why it works as a team activity, and it is the reason people relax quickly.

It fits the working day

Lunchtime or late afternoon, in your own space, with no travel time. People go back to their desks awake rather than needing a shower.

Three languages

Sessions run in English, German or Ukrainian, whichever suits the team. In an international workplace that removes a barrier before it appears.

Formats

Three ways to run it

Team workshop

A one-off session for a team day, an offsite or a summer event.

60 to 90 minutes

Weekly wellbeing class

A fixed slot in the calendar, same day each week, running over a term.

45 or 60 minutes

Block of ten

Ten sessions booked together and invoiced once, for a full programme.

45 or 60 minutes

Sessions are quoted per booking, depending on format, group size and location. Get in touch and you will have a price the same week.

What you need

Almost nothing

A room

A meeting room, canteen or any open space. No mirrors or special flooring needed.

No equipment

Nothing to buy or store. A speaker is useful, but I can bring one.

Normal clothes

Anything people can move in. No dance shoes, no changing room required.

Any level

Sessions are built so that nobody has danced before. That is the point.

How to start

A free taster first

The easiest way to find out whether this suits your people is to try it once, with no commitment. I run a 45 minute taster for one team, free of charge.

Afterwards you will know how your colleagues reacted and how many would come again, which is a far better basis for a decision than any proposal document.

  1. Send a message

Tell me roughly how many people and what kind of space you have.

  2. Pick a date

Lunchtime usually works best. I bring everything needed.

  3. Decide afterwards

If it lands, we agree a format and a regular slot. If not, no obligation at all.
