Floorwork is dancing close to the ground. We learn how to go down, move along the floor and come back up smoothly, so that the transitions look effortless.
It builds control, strength and body awareness, and it gives every other style a softer and more connected way of moving.

Do I need dance experience?
No. Beginners are welcome, and every way down to the floor is shown step by step.
What should I wear?
Wear leggings that cover the knees and a top that stays in place. Knee pads are welcome if you have them.
Which language is the class in?
Anna teaches in English, German and Ukrainian.
How do I start?
With the trial offer: 3 trial classes for 30 CHF instead of 75 CHF. Three different styles, one class each, within two weeks. Once per person. It is for people new to Anna’s classes.
